SHIPPING:
Current print to ship turn around is approximately 4 days. Please allow for COVID delays when calculating shipping times. 

Our Shipping Rates have changed
Due to significant postal delays with COVID we have removed our 'non-registered' postage option & will now only offer registered and express options. This is so you have peace of mind knowing where you order is at all times with tracking details emailed to you at the time your order is shipped.

Regular unregistered post does not include tracking, if in the event your parcel is lost, we will not be able to track its whereabouts.

Registered post starts at $6.00 & Express ranges from $8-$12 depending on your total order quantity. 

All items are shipped to you with a protective backing board to ensure your pieces arrive in perfect condition. We use sustainable, waterproof mailers to protect your order and encourage you to compost these at home.

 All care is taken when packing your order to ensure your items are safe when leaving the Hello Petal studio. We are not responsible for any damages once your package has left our hands. If you have any issues with the quality of your package please contact us. All items are shipped using Australia post. In some instances a courier may be used.


Regular shipping can take up to 5-7 business days for you to receive your items depending on your location please allow for delays due to covid - VIC there are significant delays entering your state due to lockdown with post taking up to 13 business days.
Express shipping times vary depending on location. Metro areas 1-2 business days. Rural areas 2-3 days. COVID delays with express and we cannot guarantee your order will arrive within 1-2 business days.

QUARANTINE REGULATIONS WA & TAS:
There are quarantine regulations that need to be met when importing seeds into these states. This includes our seeded paper.

Please note that WA may impose an inspection fee if your parcel is inspected. This bill is sent to the receiver.
Please contact us before purchasing to discuss these regulations.
Hello Petal Cards take no liability for any fees or impositions.
Due to bio security regulations Hello Petal Cards do not currently ship seeded products outside of Australia.
We can happily print our designs onto 100% recycled non seeded paper for you.

 

Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info.hellopetal@gmail.com and send your item to: 32 Hawaii Crescent, Banksia Beach, QLD, 4507, Australia. All Items MUST be returns in their original, undamaged condition within 7 days to qualify.

If you have any issues with the quality of your pieces please contact us to discuss and if applicable we can arrange a refund, exchange or store credit.

Our Sample sale products consist of sample pieces & test prints. Any flaws are pictured and stated in the products description. All pieces are priced accordingly. Sale products are sold as is and do not qualify for refunds.
