Pansy Plantable Gift Tag

A gift tag that grows with life’s special occasions.

Our gift tags are handcrafted on 100% recycled, seeded paper. They are embedded with Swan River daisy seeds and will bloom into an array of sweet daisies once planted. The seeds are visible as small specks, creating a beautiful organic texture.

What you get:
• 1x plantable gift tag and 100% cotton tassel 
• A gift of seeds embedded within to grow and bloom into a special keepsake

• The reverse side is blank and features our 'plant me' blurb
• Tassel colour is chosen at random

Due to the handmade nature of our recycled paper and the placement of the seeds, no two pieces are the same making each piece truly unique. Actual colours may vary due to device screen settings.
